For order questions, tracking help, return requests, or a product that arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at nathangregory@heavenlycrafted.store. Please include your order number and the email address used at checkout.

Tracking & delivery

When tracking is available, it will be sent with your shipping confirmation. Some orders may arrive in more than one package when products are fulfilled by different production partners.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please contact Heavenly Crafted first. Include your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos when helpful. We’ll review the order and provide the appropriate next steps. Please keep the item and packaging until we confirm what to do.

Returns

Return requests should be started within 30 days after receiving the item. Contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm eligibility and provide the correct return instructions. Items generally need to be unused and in their original condition. Some personalized, made-to-order, final-sale, or gift-card purchases may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns. This does not limit rights that apply to damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Refunds

When a refund is approved, it is issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional processing time before the credit appears.

Order changes & cancellations

If you need to correct an address or request a cancellation, contact us as quickly as possible. Because some products enter production soon after an order is placed, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has started.
