HEAVENLY CRAFTED // GOSPEL NOIR PARTNER TERMS
Creator & Affiliate Program Terms
Effective September 2026. These terms apply to approved Heavenly Crafted / Gospel Noir creator and affiliate partners unless an individual written offer states otherwise.
1. Standard commission
The standard starting affiliate commission is 10% of qualifying net merchandise sales attributed to an approved creator’s unique tracking link or creator code. Selected campaigns or proven partners may receive a different rate in writing.
Qualifying net merchandise sales exclude taxes, shipping charges, gift cards, canceled orders, refunded amounts, fraudulent orders, chargebacks, and the value of discounts.
2. Attribution and tracking
Only sales attributed through the tracking method issued to the creator qualify for commission. Approved partners may receive a unique affiliate link, creator code, campaign URL, or a Shopify Collabs invitation when available. Tracking details are provided in the approval offer.
Self-referrals, fraudulent orders, artificial traffic, cookie stuffing, misleading redirects, unauthorized coupon-site placement, and attempts to manipulate attribution are not eligible for commission.
3. Returns and commission approval
Commission remains subject to order validation and the applicable return/refund period. If an order is canceled, refunded, charged back, or determined to be fraudulent before commission approval, the related commission may be reduced or canceled.
4. Honest creator content
Partners must speak from their genuine experience and may not make claims they know are false, misleading, or unsupported. Product seeding never requires a positive review. Criticism is permitted; authenticity matters more than scripted praise.
5. Required disclosure
Creators must clearly disclose any material connection to Heavenly Crafted or Gospel Noir, including commission, payment, free products, discounted products, or other benefits. The disclosure must be easy to notice and placed with the endorsement itself—not hidden in a profile, hashtag block, or separate page.
Examples that may be appropriate depending on the situation include: “I earn a commission from purchases made through this link,” “Paid partnership with Heavenly Crafted,” or “Gifted by Heavenly Crafted.” Creators are responsible for following the disclosure rules that apply to their platform and location.
6. No spam or impersonation
Partners may not use automated unsolicited bulk messages, deceptive direct messages, fake accounts, purchased engagement, misleading religious claims, or impersonation of Heavenly Crafted, Gospel Noir, the Detective, Nathan Gregory, or another creator.
7. Brand and intellectual property
Approved campaign assets may be used to promote the approved partnership while the relationship is active. Gospel Noir, Heavenly Crafted, product artwork, logos, video clips, and other creative assets remain the property of their respective rights holders. Assets may not be resold, sublicensed, placed into unrelated merchandise, or used to imply ownership.
8. Paid advertising
Unless specifically approved in writing, partners may not bid on Heavenly Crafted, Gospel Noir, product names, trademarks, or confusingly similar terms in paid search, nor run ads that impersonate an official Heavenly Crafted account or landing page.
9. Product seeding
Receiving a product does not guarantee acceptance into future campaigns and does not require a positive review. If a seeded product is mentioned publicly, the creator must disclose that it was provided by the brand.
10. Program changes and removal
Heavenly Crafted may change campaign terms, commission rates for future referrals, available products, or partner access. Existing earned and validated commissions remain subject to the terms in effect when the qualifying sale occurred. A partnership may be ended for fraud, spam, deceptive advertising, disclosure failures, brand impersonation, or other material violations.
11. Individual offers control
If an approved creator receives written campaign terms that differ from this page, the specific written campaign terms control for that campaign.
